With this production line, PE or PVC twin wall corrugated pipes can
be made. With its unique, the pipe characterized by light weight,
fine shock resistance, higher circle stiffness, corrosion
resistance, chilliness and heat-resistant, therefore the pipes are
widely used for post and telecommunications, town drainage and
supply water, farming irrigate and supply and drains away water in
architecture, etc.
Die and auxiliary machine:
High precision molding machine and pipe die, interchangeable mould
block, water and wind cooling mould block, on-line belling, high
cutting precision circle type double knife cutting machine, Siemens
man-machine interface control system. Replace extruder and relative
parts, the line may be used to produce PVC heavy-diameter muscle
reinforcing pipe.
